Devotion Flow Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Devotion Flow mobile application ("App") and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Devotion Flow is a mobile application designed to support your spiritual growth through:

• Journey Path: 100+ bite-sized Scripture lessons with interactive quizzes
• Personalized Study Paths: AI-generated custom paths based on your spiritual goals (Finding Peace, Growing in Faith, etc.)
• AI Bible Tutor: Get answers to your Bible questions from an AI trained on Scripture
• Progress Tracking: Earn Grace Points, build streaks, and level up your spiritual journey
• Community Features: Weekly leaderboards, friends, and fellowship (optional)
• Daily Devotionals: Curated spiritual content and Bible reading

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Service

• Basic features are available at no cost
• Includes limited access to lessons and devotionals
• Community features may be limited for free users

4.2 Premium Subscription

• Trial Period: 7-day free premium trial for all new users
• Subscription Plans: Monthly, quarterly, and annual options via RevenueCat
• Premium Features: Personalized AI study paths, AI Bible Tutor, Community & Friends, all specialized lessons
• Payment: Processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store / Google Play)

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Devotion Flow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Spiritual Community Guidelines

• Engage in respectful spiritual discussions
• Keep conversations focused on biblical teachings and spiritual growth
• Respect others' spiritual journeys and beliefs
• Use community features to encourage and support others

6. Intellectual Property

• Devotion Flow and all content, features, and functionality are owned by us
• The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your privacy is important to us
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information
• By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy
